entrenándolo mental y no tan sólo físicamente.
The movie I chose to do a critical analysis is "The Road Warrior". I think it is a film which can learn a lot. The greatest lesson that this film has left me is that often we do things to be better than others or to satisfy our parents, teachers, friends or coaches, but the most important thing is to do things for love. Also we have to do things for ourselves and because we truly love what we do.
Another thing I love about the film is that it teaches us to live in the "here and now". A message left me the film is that for thinking about the future, either long or short term, do not enjoy the time we met and we are living. When we worry too much about the future we forget to live in the present and we are not aware of everything that is happening around us. A line from the movie that I really like is: "There are no empty moments, every moment is unique."
In the film Dan Millman Socrates helps to improve Mental gymnastics training him and not just physically. It teaches you to empty your mind of the negative things that are several times larger obstacles between us and our dreams. Sometimes we are afraid to take the time to get to know ourselves because we do not know who or what we can find. To be afraid we do not realize everything positive that we have within and as the film it says is often just that all we need.
When we want to achieve something and we have to go a long way to achieve this, we do not value the way properly and only care about the fate and satisfy. Normally we think that the only thing we will be able to bring happiness is the destiny and we do not realize that the road can make us equal or even happier.
The most important lesson that the film has left me is that however difficult it may be the obstacles and tests that life brings us, "a true warrior never gives up what he loves."
